What is U3A?
It is a unique and exciting self-help educational organisation for people no longer in full-time employment.
What does it offer?
- The opportunity to pursue learning for sheer enjoyment and for its own sake. No prior knowledge required!
- Shared learning experiences in a wide range of Interest Groups.
- New friendships.
Monthly Talks at St Mary’s Centre
2.30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month.
Guest speakers are invited and cover a wide range of topics. Talks last for about an hour and are followed by refreshments.
Interest Groups
There are 30 Groups covering a wide range of interests which take place at venues across the Ribble Valley.
